- Deployment of a digitalized monitoring and evaluation system to measure performance in real time.
- Improvement of preschool network management for greater efficiency.

The FMPS aims to position the Moroccan preschool model as a national and international benchmark by strengthening its strategic role:
- Development of strategic partnerships with national and international institutions.

- Strengthening the fundraising strategy, notably through the Project Bank initiative.
Diversification of early childhood services
As part of a sustainable development approach, the FMPS is committed to expanding its educational offerings and providing new services adapted to the evolving needs of families:
- Deployment of fee-based preschool programs in certain specific areas.
- Development of daycare centers within companies and government administrations to meet parents’ needs.
- Production and distribution of tailored educational resources (educational games, learning materials).
- Promotion of children’s publishing to encourage reading and early development from a young age.
Evaluation: A Cross-Cutting Pillar
Evaluation is a strategic priority to ensure the quality and performance of the educational model through:
- A monitoring and evaluation system for children to measure their progress and readiness for primary school.
- Continuous evaluation of educators to ensure teaching practices meet established standards.
- Longitudinal impact analyses, allowing for the adaptation and optimization of educational interventions.
