Creation of Moroccan Fondation for PreSchool, under the presidency of the late Abdelaziz MEZIANE BELFKIH, Advisor to His Majesty and President of the Higher Council of Education, who viewed preschool education as a decisive pathway to improving the entire education system.

- Launch by His Majesty King Mohammed VI of the National Program for the Development and Generalization of Preschool Education, aimed at accelerating the widespread provision of quality preschool education.
- Designation of the FMPS by the INDH as the network leader for its Rural Preschool Program, leading to the creation of the first 1,000 rural preschool units starting in 2019. Since then, the FMPS manages and opens 80% of the classes funded by the INDH.
With the support of the INDH, implementation of the monitoring and evaluation system for preschool children’s skill acquisition.
Integration of preschool education into the mandates of the supervising ministry, now named the Ministry of National Education, Preschool, and Sports (MENPS).
- Signing of a tripartite agreement with the MENPS and the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), which notably formalizes a management model for public preschool based on the principle of public service delegation.
- Signing of the second strategic agreement with the Ministry of National Education, Preschool, Vocational Education, and Sports (MIEPEEC), MENPS, MEF, and INDH, aiming to entrust the FMPS with the implementation of the 950-hour initial training program for all educators working in public preschool.
- Signing of a framework partnership agreement with the MENPS, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, and the Saham Foundation to support school health.
- Signing of a partnership agreement with the Mohammedia Foundation for the Social Works of Magistrates and Justice Officials, to manage childcare and preschool education spaces for staff.

- Launch of the ATFALOUNA 2030 Vision, which places continuous improvement and quality at the heart of the FMPS’s three development pillars: operational excellence, outreach, and diversification.
- Moroccan Fondation for PreSchool becomes the Moroccan Foundation for Preschool Education (FMPS).
- Consolidation of the FMPS’s international positioning as a key preschool actor through its membership in the World Organization for Early Childhood Education (OMEP) and the granting of NGO partner status with UNESCO.
- Signing of the first regional partnership agreement with the Guelmim–Oued Noun Region, making it the first Moroccan region to adopt the FMPS model as part of a shared vision to promote and improve preschool education at the regional level.
-Launch of “Maharat”, the first Moroccan digital platform dedicated to the training of early childhood educators, offering a modern, modular, flexible, personalised and scalable learning pathway aligned with professional needs and quality standards.
-Launch of the “Project Bank”, a pioneering strategic initiative aimed at investing in the human capital of tomorrow and providing stakeholders with innovative solutions to enhance the preschool ecosystem and its educational and social impact.
